Quantity Surveyor / Senior Quantity Surveyor\n\nSector: Social Housing Refurbishment\nLocation: Leicester / Nottingham (Site-Based)\nSalary: Up to £60,000 (Senior level)\n\nWe are recruiting on behalf of our client for a Quantity Surveyor or Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their growing Refurbishment business, delivering social housing refurbishment projects across the Leicester and Nottingham regions.\n\nThis is a site-based role, working closely with operational teams to ensure commercial control and successful project delivery across multiple refurbishment schemes.\n\nThe Role\n\nYou will be responsible for the full commercial management of social housing refurbishment projects, supporting delivery teams and maintaining strong client relationships.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\n * \n\n Commercial management of social housing refurbishment projects\n\n * \n\n Cost control, forecasting, and reporting\n\n * \n\n Managing variations, valuations, and final accounts\n\n * \n\n Subcontractor procurement and account management\n\n * \n\n Supporting project and site teams commercially\n\n * \n\n Ensuring projects are delivered within budget and commercial targets\n\nExperience & Requirements\n\n * \n\n Experience working as a Quantity Surveyor or Senior QS\n\n * \n\n Background in social housing refurbishment \n\n * \n\n Strong commercial and contractual knowledge\n\n * \n\n Ability to work in a site-based environment\n\n * \n\n Excellent communication and organisational skills\n\nWhat’s on Offer\n\n * \n\n Salary up to £60,000 for Senior QS level\n\n * \n\n Long-term, stable workload within social housing refurbishment\n\n * \n\n Opportunity to join a growing and reputable renewals division\n\n * \n\n Supportive team environment\n\nIf you are a QS or SQS with refurbishment experience and are open to a site-based role in the Leicester / Nottingham area, we would be keen to speak with you
