This position plays a key role in maintaining and improving Quality, Health & Safety, and Environmental standards across all operations. The role is responsible for developing, implementing and maintaining QHSE management systems while promoting a strong culture of safety, compliance and continuous improvement.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and maintain theISO 9001 Quality Management SystemLead internal audits, supplier assessments and external certification audits.Ensure compliance with all UK Health & Safety legislation, including theHealth and Safety at Work Act 1974.Conduct risk assessments, site inspections and accident/near-miss investigations.Manage environmental systems aligned withISO 14001and support the development and maintenance ofISO 50001energy management systems.Drive sustainability, waste management and energy-efficiency initiatives across the business.Skills & ExperienceProven experience inQHSE,Health & Safety, orQuality Managementwithin a manufacturing environment.Strong knowledge of UK Health & Safety legislation and ISO standards.Excellent communication, problem-solving and leadership skills.Ability to influence and promote a positive safety and quality culture.QualificationsNEBOSH General Certificateor equivalent (essential).IEMAorIOSHmembership (desirable).Why Join?Opportunity to shape and lead QHSE strategy within a respected manufacturing business.Supportive team environment with a focus on continuous improvement.Long-term career development potential.JBRP1_UKTJ
