The Role Reporting directly to the Operations Director, you will be the driving force behind the companys safety culture and operational excellence. You will ensure all products meet internal standards and customer specifications while keeping the organization fully compliant with UK legal and regulatory requirements. Key Responsibilities: Quality Excellence: Maintain and improve the QMS in line with ISO 9001, leading both internal and third-party audits. Issue Resolution: Investigate product quality issues and customer complaints, identifying root causes and implementing effective corrective actions.
