Job Description

CONDUCTR is expanding its Quality Assurance capability and is looking for a motivated QA Tester to help ensure the quality of a diverse range of interactive experiences, digital products, and bespoke installations. This role is ideal for someone early in their QA career who has a strong foundation in testing fundamentals and is keen to grow their skills within a collaborative, fast-paced, and creative environment.

About us:

CONDUCTR is a dynamic collective of designers, technologists, media experts, producers & engineers. The vision is simple - fuse the creativity of a design studio, with the innovation of a tech lab, to create a one-stop shop for extraordinary guest-centric, 360 attraction experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute test plans, test cases, and exploratory testing across multiple platforms.
  • Log, track, and verify defects using Jira.
  • Maintain clear and structured test documentation in Confluence.
  • Contribute to release testing including smoke tests, regression testing, UAT, functional and non functional checks.
  • Use tools such as TestRail or QASE to record and manage test cases.
  • Work hands-on in physical testing environments where needed including interactive tech, hardware setups, and on-site devices.
  • Collaborate with software, production, and QA team members to ensure quality is upheld throughout the SDLC.
  • Adapt quickly to shifting priorities across different projects and products.
  • Manage your own workload effectively, communicating risk or blockers early.

You should have:

  • Minimum 1 year in a QA or software testing role.
  • Experience with Atlassian tools including Jira for bug reporting and Confluence for documentation.
  • Ability to create, maintain, and execute test plans and structured test cases.
  • Familiarity with the software development lifecycle and standard testing processes.
  • Experience with TestRail or QASE or similar test management tools.
  • Solid IT competency including handling zip files, using TeamViewer, and basic understanding of JSON files as examples.
  • Knowledge of testing approaches such as smoke testing, regression testing, UAT, and functional and non functional testing.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • A collaborative mindset and ability to coordinate with multiple teams.
  • Adaptability in a fast-moving environment.
  • High energy and focus when carrying out hands-on or practical testing.
  • Proactive attitude and ability to manage your own tasks independently.

It would be great if you have:

  • Experience with interactive tech, hardware-based systems, or experiential installations.
  • Exposure to Unity, mobile apps, or web-based testing.
  • Familiarity with automation concepts or CI/CD environments.
  • Interest in expanding into automation or advanced QA practices over time.

What we offer:

  • A competitive salary and benefits package.
  • A vibrant, inclusive, and dynamic work environment.
  • Opportunities for personal and professional growth.
  • A chance to be part of a forward-thinking team making a real difference.
