Key Responsibilities Establish and maintain QA processes across manual, regression, UAT, and automation testing. Evaluate, implement, and extend automation frameworks (Playwright preferred). Plan and execute testing for monthly releases, ensuring coverage of critical workflows. Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Customer Service to define quality standards and acceptance criteria. Document defects, support root cause analysis, and verify fixes. Guide teams on QA best practices and contribute to a well-governed software development lifecycle. Technical Skills Manual testing, regression planning, and UAT support. Automation frameworks (Playwright, Cypress, Selenium). Web and API testing. Defect identification, risk-based testing, and prioritization. Integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps preferred). Familiarity with accessibility, performance, security, or API contract testing is a plus. #J-18808-Ljbffr
