Build Space has partnered with a top General Contractor helping them to build out their Project Team on an £80m Data Centre job in West London.

One of the first positions we are working on is a QA / QC Manager, a key hire for the project. As QA/QC Manager you will oversee quality compliance on the CSA aspect of the project.

- Are you a QA / QC Manager with previous Data Centre / Hyperscale project experience? - Do you have experience of managing heavy earthworks, groundworks and structural works? - Want to work as part of an elite Project Team on high profile Data Centre projects?

QA / QC Manager roles & responsibilities:

- Leading QA/QC across full project lifecycleearthworks, groundworks, slab, structural steel, cladding, roofing, aspects of fit out - Defining and maintaining ITPs, inspection checklists, and QA systems aligned to BS, ISO, and client standard - Managing redlines, punch lists, QA reports, and technical documentation for compliance and client delivery - Liaising closely with Site Managers, Subcontractors and Stakeholders tosupport integrated quality delivery - Conducting internal audits and inspections to drive continuous improvement and identify root cause - Reporting on quality metrics to senior management and provide input to system improvement initiatives
