I am working with a well known Banking client in Canary Wharf who are looking for a skilled and motivated Python Developer to join their Software Engineering team. You will be developing and maintaining bespoke automation tools to support their Electronic Trading infrastructure.

I am therefore looking for candidates who have Advanced proficiency in Python. Solid understanding of software engineering best practices. Confident in CLI-based workflows on Linux systems. Familiar with debugging tools and techniques at the system level. Experience with CI/CD pipelines and agile development methods. A proactive mindset and strong problem-solving ability. Additional skills that are nice to have Familiarity with Ansible or similar infrastructure-as-code tools. Exposure to Golang development. Hands-on experience with RESTful APIs, especially in managing computer or storage platforms. Previous experience in a regulated industry with strict security protocols. Interested?
