Purchasing and Sales Administrator

Our successful and established manufacturing client is looking for a full time, temporary to permanent Purchasing and Sales Administrator to join their forward thing and proactive team. As part of your role, you will be raising quotations, replying to customer queries and demands and making sure all is order with invoices. You will also be discussing stock levels, and working with the sales team to monitor stock levels and product availability, as well as answering general enquiries through other departments and from the general public. Ideal Candidate
Strong Administrator with 2/3 Experience minimum Knowledge of Stock Controls Levels Be able to raise Invoices/Invoice queries Know how to raise quotations/Enter Data as required Be Organised Efficient Have good attention to detailHours
Monday  Thursday 9-5pm Friday
9-4pm Salary
