Role Overview:
proAV are a leading global audio visual integrator, providing AV and event services across multiple client partnerships globally.
Our immediate requirement is for a Procurement Administrator to be a key part of our Egham team, representing proAV, taking full responsibility for the administration of emails and enquiries within the Procurement Team.
This is an exciting opportunity for a Procurement Administrator to join an established operation with scope to drive and enhance the service at every opportunity.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support the team with project coordination activities
* Manage purchase order processing, including emailing orders and handling supplier queries
* Follow up with suppliers to confirm receipt of orders and ensure all details are accurately captured in order confirmations, including:
* Part numbers
* Quantities
* Pricing
* Delivery dates
* Delivery addresses
* Any other essential information for accurate processing
* Track orders to warehouse and third-party delivery locations
* Proactively review project documentation to identify and assess potential risks
* Respond to enquiries from Buyers, Project Managers/Coordinators, and Logistics and Warehousing teams
* Review daily reports, including orders placed, overdue orders, and the progress of high-priority orders
