South Wales £30,000 Monday to Friday, 8:00am 4:00pm The Role Were looking for aPurchase Ledger Supervisorto join a busy and well-established motor trade business. This is a great opportunity for either an experienced supervisor or a strongPurchase Ledger Clerk / Accounts Payable professionalready to step up. Youll take ownership of the purchase ledger function, ensuring invoices are processed accurately, suppliers are paid on time, and the department runs smoothly day to day. Key Responsibilities Oversee thepurchase ledger / accounts payablefunction Process high volumes of invoices accurately Manage supplier payments (including BACS runs) Reconcile supplier statements and resolve queries Support and guide junior team members Assist with month-end processes Ensure systems and records are kept up to date What Were Looking For Experience inpurchase ledger / accounts payable Ideally from anautomotive / motor trade / dealershipbackground not essential OR strong experience looking to step up into a supervisory role Good attention to detail and organisation skills Confident using accounting systems (Kerridge/CDK desirable but not essential) xehkeey A team player with a proactive approach Whats On Offer Salary upto£30,000 Monday to Friday 8am to 4pm(great work-life balance) Stable, supportive working environment Opportunity to step up and develop your career If youre looking for your next move in purchase ledger or ready to take that next step into a supervisory role, wed love to hear from you.
