Robert Half is recruiting for an interim Accounts Payable clerk for our prestigious client in Watford, for an initial period of 3-6 months, although this could extend. The position of Interim Accounts Payable clerk will be varied and focus on the following key skills; Matching, checking, and coding invoices Making payments via BACS and cheques Processing staff expenses Setting up of new supplier accounts and maintaining existing account details Reconciliation of supplier statements Filing invoices Posting Credit Card Transactions Managing petty cash Data entry SAP experience preferable. The position of Interim Accounts Payable clerk will be paying circa £17-18 hourly, it will be mostly based on-site, therefore a local candidate is required. This is an urgent requirement.
