Matching purchase invoices to purchase orders. Investigating and resolving discrepancies between invoices, purchase orders, and goods received notes. Setting up new supplier accounts and maintaining existing supplier information. Reconciling supplier statements. Filing invoices and other relevant documents. General data entry duties. Acting as the first point of contact for supplier queries.
