Pupil Support Staff - Hampshire

Location: Hampshire Contract: Full-time / Part-time positions available

Academics are working on behalf of a welcoming and supportive school in Hampshire to recruit an enthusiastic, caring, and motivated member of the pupil support staff team. As part of the pupil support team, your responsibilities will include:

Supporting individuals and small groups with their learning alongside teaching staff Delivering targeted 1:1 or small-group interventions Supervising pupils during lunch or break times Providing general classroom and teacher supportThe ideal candidate will:

Demonstrate strong communication skills and empathy with young children Have an understanding of early child development Show initiative and flexibility, with a willingness to try new approaches Understand confidentiality, safety, and safeguarding procedures Be a reliable team player GCSE English and Maths (Grade C or equivalent) is desirable but not essential Have experience supporting pupils with additional needs, or be committed to developing this knowledge
