About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Pump Fitter to join our dynamic team in Rotherham. The successful candidate will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of industrial pumps and related equipment. This is a hands-on role ideal for a qualified engineer with practical experience in mechanical and hydraulic systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Assemble, install, and commission pumps and pumping systems.

Conduct routine maintenance and troubleshooting on industrial pumps.

Diagnose and repair mechanical faults efficiently.

Work safely following company policies and industry regulations.

Maintain accurate records of work completed and parts used.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Pump Fitter, Mechanical Fitter, or similar role.

Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.

Ability to read technical drawings and manuals.

Knowledge of health and safety procedures.

Relevant qualifications or certifications in mechanical engineering or industrial maintenance preferred.

NVQ Level 3
