Black Country Living Museum is seeking an enthusiastic and dynamic individual to take on the role of Public Programmes Producer. Your passion and organisation will enable you to deliver a range of innovative and inspiring programmes which successfully engage audiences in the history of the Black Country.
What will you be doing? Designing, delivering and evaluating programmes for a range of audiences, including themed evening events, that showcase the best of BCLM. Collaborating with wider BCLM teams by delegating tasks, setting and meeting deadlines to ensure programmes are delivered successfully. Forging relationships and selecting artists and entertainers to develop programmes that are high quality and representative of our Black Country communities. Collaborating, consulting and co-creating with our local communities to ensure programmes are relevant and diversify our audiences. Supporting the development of themes, characters and stories of the Museums annual programme. Working alongside the Assistant Producers to distribute tasks, offer guidance and collaboration.
