As a Public Area Attendant at Nobu Hotel London Portman Square, youll be responsible for maintaining the pristine condition of all guest-facing spaces throughout the day. With an eye for detail and a commitment to luxury hospitality, youll ensure every area of the hotel reflects Nobus crafted standards - creating a welcoming, elegant environment for every guest who walks through our doors.

You will Clean and maintain all public areas to the highest luxury standards Perform a variety of cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming and polishing Conduct regular spot checks to ensure consistency, quality and readiness at all times Report damages or maintenance needs promptly to the Head Housekeeper Support guest enquiries with warmth, attentiveness and genuine hospitality Assist new team members, providing guidance and fostering a welcoming team culture Uphold health and safety standards, ensuring safe and compliant work practices Attend team briefings and contribute ideas for continuous improvement Work collaboratively across departments, building strong internal relationships Anticipate guest needs and deliver personalised touches that reflect Nobus crafted approach Demonstrate a proactive, positive attitude and commitment to excellence Act as an ambassador for Nobu values of Family, Crafted, Smile and Kokoro Perform any additional tasks required to support smooth hotel operations What Were Looking For

You bring experience in housekeeping or public area cleaning within a high-end or luxury hospitality environment. Youre detail-focused, reliable and take pride in creating exceptional spaces. With strong communication skills and a proactive approach, youll help uphold the elevated standards that define Nobu.
