Location: Horizon Care & Education - West Midlands
ABOUT THE ROLE
Join our multidisciplinary team supporting young people with SEMH needs, trauma histories, communication difficulties and neurodiversity. You’ll deliver high-quality therapeutic support across our schools and residential settings.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
*
Deliver 1:1 and group therapeutic interventions
*
Complete assessments and contribute to EHCPs, behaviour and risk plans
*
Provide clinical consultation and training to staff
*
Work closely with external agencies (LA, CAMHS, schools)
*
Maintain clear clinical notes and outcomes data
*
Engage fully in supervision and CPD
WHAT YOU’LL BRING
*
Qualified Psychotherapist with relevant accreditation
*
Experience with young people with complex needs
*
Strong assessment, formulation and communication skills
*
Commitment to trauma-informed, child-centred care
*
Ability to work collaboratively within an MDT
