About the Role As a Graduate Teaching Assistant, you will: Support students across year groups with their learning Provide 1:1 and small group interventions Assist in implementing Individual Learning Plans (ILPs) and EHCP targets Support pupils’ social, emotional, and academic development Work collaboratively with teachers, SENCO, and external professionals Support students in small classes with a high staff-to-student ratio You will be working with pupils with a range of needs including ASD, ADHD, SEMH, and PMLD.
