Role Details
Hours: 8:30am – 3:30pm
Flexible working options: Full-time or part-time available
Pay: £92 – £100 per day
About the Role
You will be supporting students with a range of special educational needs, including autism, communication difficulties, and complex learning needs. Working closely with teaching staff, you will help create a positive, structured, and inclusive learning environment tailored to each student.
Key Responsibilities
Provide 1:1 and small group support
Assist with personalised learning plans
Promote positive behaviour and emotional wellbeing
Support students with communication and social interaction
Help create a safe and engaging classroom environment
The Ideal Candidate
A degree in Psychology (or a related field)
A genuine interest in supporting children with SEN
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
A patient, resilient, and proactive approach
Experience working with children or vulnerable individuals (desirable but not essential)
Requirements
An enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to apply for one
Suitable References

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
