We're working with one of Enfield's leading secondary schools to recruit x2 Psychology Academic Mentors for September 2025. These are full-time, long-term roles running until July 2026 - Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 4:00pm.

The Role - Psychology Academic Mentor:

  • Work across KS3-KS5, supporting students inside and outside the classroom
  • Run 1:1 and small group interventions - with both struggling and high-achieving students
  • Support students with SEND and SEMH needs, including Autism and ADHD
  • Ideal for aspiring teachers - a rare chance to gain classroom experience before teacher training in a fun, supportive environment

  • Located in the London borough of Enfield
  • Diverse, rich curriculum
  • Students from KS3, KS4 & KS5 (Year 7-13)
  • Exceptional SLT - with multiple years of experience with an open-door policy
  • Good tube & transport links - easily accessible from most of London!
  • £110 - £120 per day - Paid Weekly - Term Time Only
  • Monday to Friday - 8:30am - 4:00pm - Long-term Contracts


The Ideal Candidate - Psychology Academic Mentor:

  • NO EXPERIENCE NEEDED - personality, drive and ambition is everything
  • 1:1 or 2:1 Psychology Graduates from respectable universities
  • If not an Psychology Graduate, have a A-B in Psychology A-Level + another degree
  • Aspiring Secondary Teacher or similar
  • Must be willing to go above and beyond for pupils' regardless of their starting point in life
  • Confidence is key!
