Toprovideinformationtolandlordsontheirresponsibilities,andadvisethemonhowtomeetthem. Tocarryoutinspectionsofpropertiesandwritepropertyinspectionreportsinordertoassesstheirsuitabilityforhouseholdsinhousingneed,investigateanydisrepairissues,identifypotentialhealthandsafetyhazardsandmakerecommendations.
