Location: London, Hybrid working available

We’re excited to be recruiting a Prospect Research Manager to join the Relationship Fundraising team at Barnardo’s, one of the UK’s leading children’s charities.

This is a pivotal role in supporting high-value fundraising across Philanthropy, Corporate Partnerships, and Trusts. You’ll lead on prospect research and pipeline development, helping to identify and qualify potential donors and partners. You’ll also produce high-quality briefings and insight reports for senior stakeholders, including Trustees and the Executive team.

To be successful as the Prospect Research and Communications Manager, you will need:

  • Proven experience in prospect research or high-value fundraising
  • Strong written communication skills, with the ability to produce high-quality reports and briefings
  • Ability to work collaboratively across teams and with senior stakeholders
