Working closely alongside their experienced and friendly Lettings team in the office your key duties will include:


  • Showcasing properties for let - carrying out viewings with potential tenants and providing a friendly and helpful service
  • Visiting properties under management to conduct inventories, inspections + tenancy check in & check out appointments
  • Carrying out property marketing – photography, assisting with adverts, floorplans and virtual tours (training provided)
  • All connected office based work – managing the inspections diary, liaising with tenants for access, preparing property condition reports, following up with colleagues


Candidates should ideally have experience in property lettings/management but other backgrounds may be considered, with full training available. It’s important you have excellent people skills, an organised approach and good attention to detail. You should also have confident all round IT/admin abilities together with a full driving licence – access to pool cars provided.


Excellent salary package available with attractive bonus structure, 25 days holiday + bank holidays, fully paid company events, fully paid training and qualifications and pool car.


This is a full time permanent post, based from the companies modern offices in Glasgow city centre - work hours 9am-5.30pm Monday-Friday.
