Were looking for a skilled and customer-focused Property Surveyor to join our team and help us deliver safe, high-quality homes across our communities. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, working directly with customers, and taking ownership of a varied caseload that makes a real impact on residents day-to-day experience. As a Property Surveyor, youll use your technical knowledge and practical approach to diagnose building issues, manage repairs and disrepair cases, and work closely with colleagues, contractors and partners to ensure work is delivered efficiently, safely and to a high standard. What youll be doing Carrying out inspections and surveys to diagnose building defects, damp and mould, disrepair issues and complex repairs. Preparing clear technical reports, specifications and schedules of work to support accurate budgeting and delivery. Managing disrepair cases, insurance claims and major/minor works to agreed timescales and quality standards. Working closely with contractors, colleagues and external specialists to monitor performance and ensure high-quality outcomes.
