Temporis Legal Recruitment are currently working with a fantastic central London based firm looking for a new addition to their highly regarded property team. The successful candidate should be between 4 and 6 years PQE and be comfortable handling a caseload consisting of:

• Site acquisition and disposal
\n\t
• Investment 
\n\t
• Development 
\n\t
• Landlord and tenant 
\n\t
• Plot sales
\n\t
• Estate management
\n\t
• Property finance 
\n

The above caseload will cover both commercial and residential sectors. 

The successful candidate must also be able to demonstrate:

• An excellent academic and career record 
\n\t
• Good business sense and commercial awareness
\n\t
• Willing to take on leadership roles in transactional work
\n\t
• Comfortable working as part of a close-knit team and being able to delegate to junior members of that team when necessary 
\n\t
• Excellent communication skills 
\n\t
• Networking skills and willingness to engage in marketing initiatives
\n\t
• Ambitious and eager to share responsibilities for the organisation and development of the department
