Role Overview The Commercial Property Sales Consultant will lead sales and lettings activity across the Leeds commercial property market. The role requires strong commercial acumen, the ability to build relationships with business owners and investors, and the capability to manage complex sales transactions. The consultant will handle enquiries, conduct viewings, negotiate heads of terms, and support clients through acquisition or disposal processes.

Key Responsibilities Sales, Lettings & Business Development Drive sales and lettings of commercial properties, including office, industrial, retail, and mixed-use assets.
