Now, we're happy to offer you an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team as a Property Relationship Manager . This is a full-time, permanent position located in Manchester. This role offers an OTE range of £26,500 - £30,000 pa.
Let's talk about the role, it involves:
Making regular 'check in' calls with landlords.
Delivering exceptional customer service to our customers & landlords.
Renewing & negotiating tenancy agreements.
Completing inspections, inventories & check outs of our customers.
Organising & recommending maintenance works.
