This is asenior, hands-on rolecombining strategic property management with practical project delivery. You will act as aproperty business partnerto senior operational leaders, helping to drive commercial outcomes such as occupancy, void room turnaround and cost control, while maintaining high standards in a regulated environment. The Role Reporting to theHead of Property, you will manage a geographically dispersed portfolio of approximately80 services, covering areas fromNottingham down to London, including Cambridgeshire, Norfolk, Suffolk and within the M25. The role is predominantly field-based, with an expectation of being on sitearound four days per week, including regular overnight stays.
