This role is ideal for a property-focused professional eager to make a meaningful impact by procuring and acquiring homes for communities. Job Objective: The Property Procurement & Acquisition Officer manages a caseload, travels to meet stakeholders, and supports procurement and acquisition targets by sourcing properties and building strong client relationships. The role also includes procurement administration, meeting performance objectives, and supporting development planning. We are seeking an experienced property professional with a background in property sales, estate agency, or residential property management.
