Property Manager

£45k - £60k depending on experience

Our client is looking for a Property Manager with a minimum of 5 years Central London experience to join their Block Management department. Key responsibilities will include undertaking regular property inspections, managing client staff, negotiating competitive service contracts and the supervision of contractors, producing service charge budgets for client approval, arrears recovery, production of Section 20 Notices in respect of major works and long-term agreements, dealing with pre-contract enquires from solicitors, and attending client meetings including board meetings (usually out of office hours). The successful applicant must be TPI qualified, have a good knowledge of current legislation and health & safety regulations, and excellent written and verbal communication skills
