Job Description

Location: Chelsea

Salary: £35,000 - £40,000

Hours: Full-time, office-based for the first year; hybrid (2 days WFH) thereafter

About the Brand

We are proud to be partnering with a prestigious property firm located in the heart of Chelsea. This company is recognised for managing a carefully curated, small portfolio of luxury homes owned by UHNW clients. Their reputation is built on discretion, exceptional service standards, and long-standing relationships within the Prime Central London market.

This is an ideal environment for someone who thrives in a refined, detail-focused setting where quality of service is valued above volume.

The Opportunity

This position offers an exceptional opportunity to manage a boutique portfolio of prime Chelsea properties. Working closely with discerning, high-net-worth clients, you will be expected to deliver a white-glove level of service while maintaining strong operational standards.

The first year will be fully office-based to ensure comprehensive onboarding, training, and exposure to the company’s service ethos. After that, the role transitions into a flexible hybrid model with two days working from home.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a small, high-value property portfolio, ensuring an exceptional standard of service.
  • Act as the main point of contact for UHNW clients, providing a discreet, solutions-oriented approach.
  • Coordinate and oversee maintenance, repairs, and contractor activity with precision and professionalism.
  • Conduct regular property inspections, ensuring standards are maintained at all times.
  • Handle tenancy management including renewals, compliance, and associated administration.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and uphold the company’s meticulous service expectations.
  • Collaborate with a close-knit team that values communication, trust, and consistent delivery.

What’s on Offer

  • Salary: £35,000 basic + (Negotiable on experience)
  • Working Pattern:
  • Year 1: Fully office-based for training and integration
  • Year 2 onwards: Hybrid with two days WFH
  • Exposure to Prime Central London property management at a luxury level
  • Boutique portfolio size ensuring quality over quantity
  • High-performing but supportive team that values customer care and long-term client relationships

About You

  • Experience managing properties within Prime Central London (highly desirable)
  • ARLA-qualified or working towards this (preferred)
  • Confident managing UHNW client relationships with discretion and professionalism
  • Exceptional organisational skills with strong attention to detail
  • A polished communicator who delivers solutions quickly and calmly
  • Thrives in a quality-led, service-focused setting rather than a high-volume environment
