What You’ll Be Doing:

• Be the go-to contact for tenants—handling queries, resolving issues, and ensuring a smooth tenancy experience.
• Manage onboarding processes, including tenancy agreements, check-ins, and compliance documentation.
• Schedule and oversee regular property inspections, coordinating maintenance and repairs with trusted contractors.
• Handle tenancy renewals and terminations, keeping everything compliant and stress-free.
• Stay up to date with lettings legislation and ensure all properties meet legal and safety standards.
• Maintain valid certifications across the portfolio—gas, electrical, fire safety, and more.
• Provide clear, insightful reports on property performance and management activities.

Ideal Candidate

• Proven experience in residential property management, ideally within the buy-to-let sector.
• Strong working knowledge of property legislation and compliance.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
• Relevant professional qualifications in property management (desirable).
• Experience with property management software (a plus).
