• Diverse Portfolio: You’ll be fully responsible for the management of a varied portfolio of around 50 residential blocks (with no complex high-rise buildings), supported by an in-house building surveying team

You'll also benefit from 1:1 support from a dedicated assistant, reducing your admin workload and enabling you to spend a day each week visiting your portfolio.

What Are We Looking For?

• Experience managing residential property portfolios
• Either TPI / ARMA qualified or keen to qualify – you’ll receive full support for this
• Confident communicator, able to handle challenging conversations with tact and professionalism.
• Proactive, and able to prioritise effectively in a busy environment
• Flexibility to play your part as a member of a supportive and close-knit knit team

This is hybrid role and it's essential that you're able to commute to Godstone, Surrey three days per week, and to use your own car to travel to your properties across the South East (mileage and additional insurance costs will be reimbursed).
