Elvet Recruitment have been appointed to recruit a Property Manager to join an Estate Agency in Newcastle. Operating for over 10 years, this estate agent is passionate about delivering high standards of customer service.

Working across Newcastle and the immediate surrounding areas, this is an exciting opportunity for candidates with transferable customer service skills to join a progressive and growing business.

Main duties will include:

* Ensuring compliance

* Organising works when required

* Organising tenancy paperwork

* General Property Manager duties

* Manage all aspects of assigned properties

* Inspect and arrange maintenance to meet standards

* Maintain a positive, productive relationship with tenants

* Negotiate lease/contracts with contractors in a timely and reliable manner

* Oversee properties’ personnel and assess its performance

* Keep up to date market knowledge

Role information:

* Working hours are Monday to Friday 9 – 5

* Salary is circa £23,000 - £25,000 plus profit share (monthly payment)
