Key Responsibilities: Manage a portfolio of residential properties using MRI Qube and STREET software Be the main point of contact for landlords, tenants, leaseholders, and contractors Build strong, professional relationships with clients and ensure high levels of service Oversee repairs, maintenance, and property compliance Conduct routine property visits and site inspections Keep clients informed of all legal obligations and changes in tenancy legislation ? ??
