Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Property Manager based in the Holborn area. The Property Manager will oversee the day-to-day management of rental properties, acting as the key point of contact for tenants and landlords. Responsibilities include coordinating property maintenance and repairs, ensuring compliance with all legal and safety standards, managing tenant communications and other day to day management tasks. The ideal candidate will foster positive landlord-tenant relationships while ensuring properties are maintained to high standards.

Standard working hours are Monday to Friday between 9am-5:30pm.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of general property management procedures and awareness of legal and safety regulations.
• Strong communication in order to maintain client and tenant relationships.
• Good ogranisation and time management skills to ensure properties are managed efficiently.
• Problem solving and decision making capabilities to address day-to-day challenges effectively.
• Experience in the real estate or property management industry preferred.
