Property Manager – Surrey Quays SE16
Our well-Established Independent Managing Agent based in Surrey Quays SE16 are looking for an experienced Property Manager to join their busy department. The successful applicant will be responsible for a portfolio of properties and therefore, they must be able to manage their own workload, keep on top of any issues and prioritise jobs as necessary.
Responsibilities include but will not be limited to:
* Overseeing a portfolio of Properties
* Team meetings
* Implement new procedures
* Have the ability to demonstrate a track record of managing rental properties
* Abiding by regulation/ legislation and processes surrounding Property Management
* Striving to exceed individual targets and standards
* Referring business across departments to maximise business opportunities
* Striving to exceed customer expectations
* Handling complaints and providing solutions
* Maintaining policies and procedures in accordance with company policies
* Ensuring compliance
* Section notices 21 & 8
The successful applicant will need to possess the following skills:
* Must have 2 years’ experience as a Property Manager
* The candidates must have intermediate computer literacy
* Experience of lettings/property management software packages
* Professional ARLA accreditation would be seen strong advantage but essential
* Be able to manage their own workload
* Full valid driving licence is essential
The hours will be: Monday to Friday 9.00am – 6.00pm Salary range will be: between £35.000pa to £40.000pa depending on experience
