Property Manager – Central London

Salary: £45,000 – £55,000


A fast-growing PropTech startup in Central London is expanding rapidly and looking for a tech-savvy Property Manager to join its close-knit team.


This role blends traditional property management with cutting-edge AI tools. You’ll help streamline operations, ensure full compliance, and deliver excellent service to clients and tenants using innovative technology.


What you’ll do:

  • Oversee the AI system to ensure it runs efficiently for admin tasks, tenant communication, and work orders
  • Manage end-to-end compliance, maintenance, and lettings processes (including Gas Safety, EPC, licensing, and renewals)
  • Maintain audit-ready records and high standards of data hygiene
  • Produce operational reports and support smooth workflows
  • Handle client-facing responsibilities and build strong, long-term relationships


What we need from you:

  • Property management experience with exposure to multiple software systems
  • Passion for (or experience in) AI, Computer Science, or Engineering
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication
  • Ability to problem-solve and perform well under pressure
  • Highly IT literate with solid administration skills
  • Positive, encouraging attitude and client-focused approach


Nice to have: ARLA qualification (not essential).
