Property Manager, South Bucks Location: Hybrid Salary: £65,000 + Car Allowance
About the Role We are recruiting on behalf of a global car wash business for a Property Manager to manage their property estate across the UK and Europe region. This is a key role, responsible for ensuring the effective management of the property portfolio in line with budget, legal compliance, and operational needs. Reporting directly to the Commercial and Property Director , this position is both strategic and hands-on.
The successful candidate will own relationships with landlords and councils, oversee leases and planning permissions, and support internal teams across the business.
