The portfolio is intentionally made up of smaller properties, with the largest being 48 units, allowing you to focus on delivering a consistent and high-quality service across each site. The portfolio has been structured to be manageable and supportive of development. It provides a strong platform for someone looking to strengthen their understanding of block management while gaining confidence in managing client relationships, sitestandardsand day-to-day portfolio responsibilities. Site visits typically require around two days per month, thoughyoullhave the flexibility to organise these in a way that works best for you.
