This is not your typical Property Manager role. You’ll be the on-site lead for a key worker residential scheme - managing compliance, resident experience, and stakeholder relationships in a high-profile setting.
What you’ll be doing
Acting as the single point of contact on-site for residents, clients and internal teams Managing a key worker accommodation scheme (HMO environment) Carrying out estate & communal inspections Owning health & safety compliance, including FRAs and risk management Handling complaints and service delivery, protecting standards and reputation Working closely with senior external stakeholders, including NHS partners Managing records, systems and income streams with accuracy What makes this role different
