WeareseekinganexperiencedandproactivePropertyManagertooverseetheday-to-dayoperationsofmanagedproperties.AsaPropertyManager,youwillcollaboratewithinasmallteam,withtheflexibilitytoworkindependentlywhenneeded.Yourprimaryrolewillbetoprovidesupporttothelettingsdepartmentandensuringtenantsatisfaction.Thisrolerequiresexcellentcommunication,organizational,andproblem-solvingskills.
KeyResponsibilities:
PropertyOperations:
oOverseethedailyoperationsofmanagedproperties,ensuringtheyarewellmaintainedandcomplywithrelevantregulations.
oCoordinatemaintenanceandrepairs,managinglandlordrelationshipsandservicecontracts.
oConductregularpropertyinspectionstoidentifyissuesandensuresafetyandcleanliness.
TenantRelations:
oServeastheprimarypointofcontactfortenants,addressinginquiries,concerns,andmaintenancerequestspromptlyandprofessionally.
oManagetenantonboardingandleaserenewals,conductingmove-inandmoveoutinspections.
oResolvetenantdisputesandenforceleasetermsinaccordancewithcompanypoliciesandlegalrequirements.
FinancialManagement:
oReviewandapproveinvoices,ensuringtimelypaymenttovendorsandcontractors.
AdministrativeDuties:
oMaintainaccuratepropertyrecords,includingleases,maintenancelogs,andfinancialreports.
oEnsurecompliancewithalllocal,state,andfederalregulationsrelatedtopropertymanagement.
oPrepareregularreportsonpropertyperformanceandproviderecommendationsforimprovement.
QualificationsandRequirements:
ProvenexperienceasaPropertyManagerorinasimilarrolewithintherealestateindustry.
Strongknowledgeofpropertymanagementbestpractices,landlord-tenantlaws,andfinancialmanagement.Excellentcommunicationandinterpersonalskills,withtheabilitytobuildandmaintainpositiverelationshipswithtenants,vendors,andteammembers.
Highlyorganized,withstrongproblem-solvingabilitiesandattentiontodetail.
ProficiencyinpropertymanagementsoftwareandMicrosoftOffice.
ARLAqualificationispreferredbutnotrequired.
