Property Maintenance EngineerMeridian are working with a leading MEP and Construction client who are growing their Aftercare team by bringing in an additional Property Maintenance Engineer to help maintain and care for completed projects in the Leeds and surrounding areas. Bank Holidays)Company uniform and specialist tools providedRequirements for this role:Recognised, industry-standard qualification (e.g Mechanical CSCS, JIB PMES, Electrical JIB card etc.)Mechanical bias required, with some exposure to Electrical building services tooPrevious FM/PPM experience, ideally on commercial projectsFull UK Driving Licence - there will be travel involved in this roleExperience with BMS controls and ideally basic M&E building services knowledgeDesirable M&E qualifications include BS7671 (18th Ed.), F-Gas, HVAC qualifications, commercial gas certifications, 2391 Inspection & TestingAbility to work in live environments, with customers of various ages and backgroundsDuties include (but are not exclusive to):Carry out PPM and reactive maintenance across Mechanical and Electrical systemsFault finding on building services equipment in new-build commercial propertiesMechanical and Electrical fault-finding, servicing, and PPM such as sanitary, power and lighting, HVAC equipment etc.Ensure compliance with statutory regulations and H&S standardsComplete job reports, raising evidence and reports of larger issuesLiaise with clients and site contactsParticipate in on-call rota (if required)If you're looking to join a leading M&E building services contractor as a MEP Property Maintenance Engineer then please apply directly to the advert or email for more informationMeridian Business Support is a recruitment specialist acting on behalf of our client as an Employment Agency for this vacancy.JBRP1_UKTJ
