The successful Property Litigation Solicitor/Paralegalwill have up to 3 years PQE and have experience in residential Landlord and Tenant possession and Debt Recovery. Experience in Residential Possession Proceedings is essential. The successful Property Litigation Solicitor/Paralegal will preferably have the following experience/skills Be able to manage your own Case load Residential Landlord and Tenant Commercial Landlord and Tenant Land disputes (trespass/ easements etc) Contract dispute Debt Recovery Professional Negligence Employment Contentions Probate This role offers hybrid working.
