As the new Property Litigation Solicitor, you will be managing a caseload of matters, including: - Boundary disputes - Landlord & tenant - Possession claims - Party wall disputes

Requirements: - Qualified Solicitor with 8+ years PQE - Strong experience handling complex, high-value cases - A proactive approach to business development, networking and client growth
