Key Responsibilities
You will handle a varied caseload of property litigation matters, which may include:
Residential and commercial landlord & tenant disputes Possession proceedings and rent arrears recovery Lease disputes and forfeiture matters Boundary disputes and rights of way issues Dilapidations claims Property-related contractual disputes Advising clients on risk, strategy, and dispute resolutionYou will have the opportunity to manage your own caseload (depending on experience), with appropriate supervision and support where required.
