A highly regarded Legal 500 firm with offices in both Manchester and Preston is expanding their Property Litigation team and looking to appoint a talented individual to join their respected practice. The Role: You will play a key role in a diverse caseload of property litigation matters , advising commercial clients, landlords, tenants, developers, and housing associations. Typical responsibilities include: Handling a full spectrum of property litigation cases including landlord and tenant disputes, lease renewals, boundary disputes, rights of way, and dilapidations. Advising on both contentious and advisory aspects of property-related matters. Representing clients in court, tribunal, and alternative dispute resolution proceedings. Supporting senior team members on more complex matters, while also running your own caseload.
