Property Litigation Solicitor – Legal 500 Firm – Cambridge – Hybrid Working

Salary: £50,000–£70,000 (DOE)


The Opportunity

Our client, a well-established Top 100 National Law Firm, is seeking a talented and driven Property Litigation Solicitor to join their respected Dispute Resolution team in Cambridge. This is an excellent opportunity for a junior lawyer looking to develop their career within a collaborative, supportive environment while working on a broad mix of high-quality property litigation work.


You will join a highly regarded team acting for a diverse range of regional and national clients, including developers, investors, institutional landlords, and local authorities. You’ll gain exposure to a wide variety of contentious property matters, including:

  • Commercial landlord and tenant disputes
  • Development-related disputes (rights to light, restrictive covenants, easements, and overage)
  • Title and boundary issues
  • Adverse possession claims
  • Trespass and nuisance matters
  • Strategic advisory work, dispute avoidance, and risk management


You will work closely with experienced Partners and senior lawyers on complex and high-value cases, while also taking responsibility for your own files as your experience grows.


The Candidate

  • 1–4 years PQE with a solid grounding in property litigation work
  • Confident managing your own caseload under supervision
  • Excellent drafting, negotiation, and client care skills
  • Commercially astute with a proactive, solution-focused approach
  • Keen to contribute to business development and maintaining client relationships
  • A team player who thrives in a collaborative and supportive culture
