Handle a broad and stimulating caseload of property disputes, working alongside leading individuals and contributing to a team with a first‑class reputation. Manage the caseload which includes, but is not limited to: Contentious landlord and tenant matters (acting for both landlords and tenants across residential and commercial matters). Boundary disputes. General property disputes. TOLATA claims. Professional negligence claims relating to property. Commercial and general litigation support when required.
