Description
Role purpose: To undertake the full range of Conveyancing Work of the Council and to assist In the provision of an efficient and cost effective legal service to the Council and its Departments.
People Management No direct supervisory responsibility however may be requirement to assist in induction and training of peers and new employees and to advise, train and support the other members of the team.
Resident & Community Contribution To demonstrate understanding of the Council’s Customer Care Standards and ensure that these standards are met in order to deliver the Council vision of ‘putting our residents first’.
Operational Service Delivery Conduct of complex and large acquisitions and disposals by agreement and under compulsory purchase powers as well as smaller and routine conveyancing work.
